How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow 14-21 business days for delivery of your product from the date of your order as everything is custom made just for you.
For wholesale orders please allow 35 days for delivery.
Can I get a refund if i change my mind?
We will gladly refund your money if your bag is deemed faulty by manufacturing, however, we cannot refund your money if you just change your mind due to the fact that all items are custom made for you in the colour of your choice
My Batik lining looks different than the batik on your website?
The batik that we use for the lining is sewn together in patchwork style so each and every bag will be slightly different than the last. We sew together similar shades of colour so that your lining is predominantly shades of green, shades of blue or shades of pink. All of the prints are gorgeous and are locally sourced fabric and dyed locally.
Can I purchase one of your products while in Bali?
We will be happy to make your one-of-a-kind piece while you are on the island. You will not have to pay for the shipping though. It will take us 5-7 days to make your item, so please, plan in advance.
Leather care?
If you like your leathers to remain looking crisp then we recommend using leather care products on a regular basis. However at ELF we love it when the leather gets a bit worn and starts getting a bit of character about it. The older the better we think!! The choice is yours...
